How do I check availability and make a booking?

Simply head to our Booking Enquiry page and fill in your preferred dates, number of guests, and which caravan you're interested in. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm availability and arrange payment.

How far in advance can I book?

We accept bookings as far in advance as you like — popular dates like school holidays and bank weekends fill up fast, so we'd recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

What is the minimum stay?

We welcome short breaks from just 3 nights, as well as full week stays and longer. Just let us know your preferred dates and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I book a last-minute stay?

Yes! We do sometimes have last-minute availability. Get in touch via our enquiry form, WhatsApp, or phone and we'll let you know what's available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We'll confirm payment details when we respond to your enquiry. We typically require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due closer to your arrival date.

How many caravans do you have?

We have two caravans available to hire — Rossall Court (a Swift Trading Post, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) and Boundary Road (an ABI Oakley Exclusive 12ft wide, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6). Both are located at Haven Cala Gran in Fleetwood.

What is included in the hire?

Both caravans come fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — bedding and towels, a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils and appliances, free WiFi, a TV in the lounge (and kids' bedroom), and complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and biscuits to welcome you on arrival.

Are the caravans pet friendly?

Yes! Both caravans are pet friendly. We love dogs and want your four-legged family members to feel just as welcome as you do. Please mention your pet when making your enquiry.

Is smoking allowed in the caravans?

Accepted Answer

No — both caravans are strictly non-smoking inside. We ask that guests smoke outside and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If you need a different arrangement, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help where possible.

Are the beds made up on arrival?

Yes — beds are made up and ready for you when you arrive, so you can relax straight away without any fuss.

Are Haven passes included in the hire price?

Accepted Answer

Haven passes are not included in the caravan hire price, but they can be purchased directly from Haven. Passes give access to the park's entertainment, swimming pools, and activities. Please visit the Haven website or speak to the park reception on arrival for current pricing.

What facilities are available at Haven Cala Gran?

Haven Cala Gran has a fantastic range of on-site facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools with flumes, live entertainment every evening, restaurants and bars, sports courts, an amusement arcade, and an on-site shop. There's something for everyone!

Haven Cala Gran is located on Fleetwood Road, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 8JY — just 8 miles from Blackpool and 1 mile from Fleetwood town centre. The coastal tram runs nearby, making it easy to explore the whole Fylde Coast without a car.

You're spoilt for choice! Blackpool is just 8 miles away with the Tower, Pleasure Beach, and the famous illuminations. Fleetwood is a 1-mile stroll with a great market and fresh fish & chips. Cleveleys, Lytham St Annes, and the coastal tram are all within easy reach too.

Are there shops and restaurants nearby?

There's an on-site shop and restaurant at Haven Cala Gran itself. Fleetwood town centre is just a short drive or walk away with supermarkets, takeaways, and local restaurants. Blackpool has every major retailer and a huge range of places to eat and drink.
